Tips to sustain a healthy Mental Health I

 Hello people! Welcome back to today's episode.

So for the next 3 fridays, starting from today, I will be giving tips to sustain a healthy mental health. This tips are not the end of what can help you, but I can guarantee they are going to give you a good start.

1. Drink alot of water and mind your business;

       Who else loves the feeling of drinking water in a tensed situation?, The feeling of that has premium peace, especially if it's the chilled kind of water. So choose to drink water over being tensed.

          Minding your business Is not what it has been perceived to be; people claim to mind their business and still have emotional and mental breakdown, then you haven't really minded your business. There is a huge difference between choosing not to talk about something to someone and minding your business. You might choose not to talk about it but still be hunted down by your thoughts, you can spend a bunch of time, thinking and talking about that person. So choosing to mind your business is choosing to not allow what is not your business exist in your thoughts.

So choose to;

  •        Drink water instead of being tensed
  •         Not talk about what isn't your business
  •           Not think about what isn't your               business

2. Love yourself unapologetically

          Now the concept of self love is not to promote selfishness and selfcentredness. But it's to give you an idea that you cannot give what you do not have, you cannot help the other person when yourself needs help on that aspect of life. So loving yourself is not the in the euphoria of clamouring about self love, but in the Intentionality that comes from working on yourself to become the best version of you.

       See you next Friday! And yeah, the only person that tried my guess last week still have a gift from me. Thank you for your consistency.
