- Learn to shuffle pieces of information to select the important ones that get into your long-term memory: With the knowledge of memory you have obtained from this book you now know that not all information you receive gets into your long-term memory and also your long-term memory Is the only type of memory that can hold details for long as a long as a decade. So unless information gets to your long-term memory they are not useful for you. And not all information can get into your long-term memory. Some cannot exceed your working memory whilst some can't pass the long-term memory but as a person, you can be intentional about selecting the important pieces of information you don't need to forget and the tip to get them into your long-term memory is the next one I will be discussing.
- Avoiding multitasking: If you want to improve your focus, try to avoid multitasking. Trying to juggle multiple tasks hurts productivity, so you can make the most of your limited attentional research by only working on one thing at a time.
- Getting enough sleep: Research has shown that sufficient sleep is essential for maintaining optimal levels of attention. Not only that, the two appear to have a bidirectional relationship; sleep helps regulate attention, but attentional demands can also play a role in sleep.
This will be the official end of the discuss on the subject of attention. Guess what I'm writing on next in the comment section. If you can guess right I have a gift for you.

Thank you, Dr. Funmi.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmm, I'm not sure I will give a guess.
But if I'd do, it'd be "Growth" or "The Next phase".
