Healthy Mental health equals Healthy living

5. Speak up when you need to.
           Research has shown that 90% of frustrated people started their journey of frustration with little piles of thoughts they choose not to talk about because they believe they can endure it. And the moment you have lined up grudge against others, it becomes offence and the day you can't hold up any longer turns out the bad day. Two ways to help your mind stay healthy in this regard is; 

 

A. Choose not to pick offence; when some persons say things or act in a way you don't like, some do not mean it in a way to get you offended. But you on the other hand choose to act up emotionally and pick offence. Now the solution to this is the second way.
B. Choose to speak and express your displeasure Instead of being offended. 
Speaking up is therapeutic.

 

6. Forgive: Like I have said in the past, you not only hurt yourself when you are an offended person. You are toxic to the environment. Choose your peace first. You don't have to show anybody pepper, because at the end you might end up showing yourself the pepper because at times you are even offended at someone who does not care about you, so why lock yourself up in the cage of offence when you can be free living the best of your life.
