Unconsciousness

Hello guys! Welcome to today's episode

Last week I'm sure you were able to understand "the Conscious state" of the human mind is! A quick refresh, that you are reading this article is a conscious effort. I can say reading is one peak of Consciousness because it takes effort and requires some level of attention to reading something. The opposite of the Conscious is unconscious. And as consciousness is the awareness of yourself and your environment the opposite could be the lack of awareness about yourself and your environment.

Unconsciousness is a complex mental activity that proceeds without Human awareness. The things that happen to you when you sleep or things that happen in your environment whilst sleeping to you as a person is an unconscious activities. But! That things happen during your unconscious state does not mean they can not be remembered. You can still remember the dreams you had last night, and you can recall a few background noises you heard whilst asleep this could be an interesting part because to some persons when they sleep they feel some things happening in their environment were happening in their dream-like for example; your mum was scolding your sibling probably directly behind your room but your sleeping self imagined the scenario in your dream. This is because things that play out during your unconscious moments come in like echoes in your mind, and an echo could be a sound that comes faintly, and that reminds me of the thin line that exists between the Conscious and the Unconscious  See you next week........

Have you tried speaking with someone with a very plain intention and they just take it overboard? Or you have tried asking for help ...
